How long until I receive my refund?

Refunds are made by our company within 1-2 business days. If a refund amount is delayed more than 1-2 business days, customers must contact their bank directly. Shipping, installation or other service fees are not valid for refunds

Can I return a Final Sale item?

Final Sale items are not accepted for returns. 

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

   If the item is damaged during transit, do not accept the package from the carrier. Mark the shipping label or drop off form as DAMAGED and refer to our refund policy to initiate a claim.
